2007 SPECIALIZED TARMAC PRO CARBON ROAD BIKE
USED, IN GOOD CONDITION
THERE ARE COSMETIC SCUFFS, MARKS AND SCRATCHES (SEE PICS) — THE SADDLE, CRANKARMS, AND STI LEVERS ALL HAVE SCRATCH MARKS. THE DRIVETRAIN HAS APPROX. 8000 MILES OF USE AND SHOWS SOME WEAR.
WE HAVE TRIED TO SHOW ALL OF THESE ISSUES IN THE PHOTOS.
THE BIKE IS FUNCTIONALLY SOUND, AND WILL GO DOWN THE ROAD A LOT LONGER.

All in state residents within our state of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.
Payment must be received within 4 days of the close of any auction. If payment isn’t received within 4 days of the auction end, The Gear Movement, LLC (thegearmovement) reserves the right to open an UPI case (Unpaid Item Case) against the buyer. If payment has not been received within 4 days after the case has been opened, the item will be restocked into our inventory and the buyer will recieve an Unpaid item Strike.
SHIPPING
Packages are shipped within 48 hours of of a confirmed and completed payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday)
The Gear Movement, LLC reserves the right to utalize the most effecient carrier services available. Our shipping fees are a flat rate that includes postage, packaging, and handling.
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at the time of payment.
We offer combined shipping discounts on multiple orders. Please contact us before you pay for your auctions and we will supply you with a revised invoice. Each additional item will incur a $2.00 charge for multiple orders. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS
We must be contacted withing 7 days of receiving the product for any return to be valid. Please send us an email at: info@thegearmovement.com if you have any issues with your product.
We do our best to accurately describe each and every item… however, we are human and there are occasional errors on our part. We take full responsiblity for such mistakes.
The Gear Movement is not responsible for any issues concerning the fit of an item. Buyers are responsible for knowing their size requirements and are encouraged to visit a local store to try on if in doubt. Please do not bid if you are uncertain about the sizing. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returns due to improper fit issues, or issues out of our control.
